We Can Be Nice To Our Microbiota

We can be nice to our microbiota and eat more fruits and vegetables, fermented foods, and avoid antibiotics and diet drinks. We might actually be leaner, healthier, and happier—perhaps even less cranky and dysfunctional....remember if you are eating CAFO meats (not grass fed) you are eating lots of antibiotics given to healthy cows to make them get fat faster for market.

The Microbiome Is Science’s Hot New Kid

WRITTEN BY Anand Veeravagu Tessa Anderman, MD
Microbiome’ is a word you’ve probably been reading everywhere—and it’s only the beginning.

As Americans, we love the concept of self-improvement. Self-help books line bookstore shelves, psychologists have taken over network TV, and smartphone apps track our every step and calorie. Adverse Reaction To A Flu Shot Vaccination

Truly shocking just published Jul 24, 2015...after having a life threatening adverse reaction to a flu shot a couple years ago forced on me by my local hospital in order to continue volunteering there, I advise anyone to research and make up their own minds for their own safety but especially guard the safety of their babies and children. At the very least be very cautious and never take multidose type vaccinations such as those given at the supermarket, CVS, etc. The preservatives (mercury & aluminum) are much stronger in these types. Your doc will give you individual vaccinations from single vials.

Good idea to take several forms daily since it is critical to many of the bodies most important processes and protects the heart.
What brand I recommend? Most brands either don't even have the active ingredient listed on the label or have ingredients that are unsafe to consume &/or contaminated. You can google the problems with most drugstore or chain brands of supplements. Been there, done that don't w...See More
